How do I book a slot?

Do I need a passport?
Usually not, but we recommend having a photo ID when dropping off your luggage.
What if I am late?
No problem! Your booking is valid for the entire paid period. Pick up your luggage during opening hours.
What items cannot be stored?
Clients may not store the following items: - items that are dirty or contain toxic substances; - weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive substances; - flammable liquids or gases; - pesticides or other toxic chemicals, gasoline, paints, compressed gas, kerosene, cleaning products; - fireworks, radioactive materials; - animals, plants; - narcotic substances or drugs; - food or perishable goods (unless frozen products are kept in a freezer), anything damp, moldy, rotten, infested or parasite-damaged, or any item with a strong odor; - cash, valuables and securities; - illegal goods, waste; - any other property prohibited or restricted from circulation and storage under applicable law.
