Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Using the website https://bag-stop.com, including booking storage at locations in the Russian Federation and paying for storage services, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use bag-stop.com.

1. Terms and definitions

BAG-STOP — a system that includes the website at bag-stop.com (the “Site”) where Customers can find convenient storage locations offered by Partners.

Storage space — a physical space at the address specified by the Partner, where Customers’ property is stored during the booking period.

Storage locations — mini-boxes, lockers, rooms, or mini-warehouses used for the safe storage of Customers’ property.

Customers — individuals aged 18 or older who have registered on the Site.

Customer property — any small-size property of the Customer, except items that are prohibited or restricted from storage and circulation in the Russian Federation, items that may not be handed over for storage under clause 4.3 of these Terms, and property that does not meet the size requirements.

Partners — legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and self-employed persons that own storage locations and provide storage services to Customers.

Customer registration — the Customer providing BAG-STOP with their last name, first name, patronymic (optional), phone number, and email. Registration is completed by the Customer and means acceptance of this Offer. After registration, the Customer receives an account that can be used to make bookings.

Registration data — information used to identify the Customer as a unique user, including email address and password.

Online booking — a service on the Site that helps Customers and Partners interact. A booking includes payment details, the number of items, and the storage dates and duration.

Booking payment — the total amount charged by BAG-STOP to the Customer for the booking.

2. General provisions. Subject of the offer

2.1. These Terms govern the relationship between BAG-STOP and Customers and set out how the Site is used to search for and book storage locations and to pay for bookings.

2.2. Under Articles 435 and 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, these Terms are a public offer addressed to anyone interested in BAG-STOP services.

2.3. These Terms also cover:

  • the Customer’s free choice of a convenient storage location;
  • the procedure for booking the chosen storage location;
  • the price and payment terms for storage at the chosen location.

2.4. Relations between BAG-STOP and Customers are governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

2.5. BAG-STOP provides Customers with the following:

  • the ability to choose a convenient storage location;
  • booking of the chosen storage location;
  • collection of payment from the Customer for storage services on behalf of the Partner.

2.6. By booking a storage location in the BAG-STOP system, the Customer enters into a storage contract directly with the Partner that provides the chosen location. BAG-STOP collects payment for the booking.

2.7. The BAG-STOP system gives the Customer a free way to search for storage locations and review information about Partners.

2.8. BAG-STOP does not itself provide storage services. Storage services are provided by Partners.

2.9. BAG-STOP is not responsible for the storage conditions provided by Partners.

2.10. BAG-STOP is not a party to the storage relationship between Customers and Partners.

3. Booking and cancellation

3.1. To register in the BAG-STOP system, the Customer provides their last name, first name, email address, and phone number. These personal data are provided to BAG-STOP and the Partner.

3.2. The Customer is responsible for keeping their registration data secure and confidential and must not disclose them. If the Customer learns that third parties have obtained their registration data, they must notify BAG-STOP immediately by email at order@bag-stop.com.

3.3. The Customer independently chooses a convenient storage location.

3.4. By using the booking function, the Customer independently books and pays for the chosen storage location for the required period and enters into a civil-law relationship with the Partner for storage services.

3.5. The Customer may cancel a booking at any time before handing over property for storage, but no later than the end of the booking, and receive a full refund of the amount paid within 3 calendar days after the booking ends. Cancellation is free of charge and no service fee is withheld.

3.6. After 3 days from the end of the booking, funds are not refunded.

3.7. BAG-STOP may block the Customer’s ability to book storage locations in case of repeated cancellations (more than twice within one month).

3.8. To cancel a booking and request a refund, send a cancellation request to order@bag-stop.com.

3.9. A cancellation request may take up to 3 business days to process. Refunds are made to the same account and/or card used for payment.

4. Price and payment

4.1. The storage price is calculated automatically based on the chosen location, storage period, and number of items.

4.2. The price of one storage slot is set by BAG-STOP.

4.3. BAG-STOP may change storage prices, run promotions, and introduce special terms without the Partner’s approval, with notice to the Partner of the changes.

4.4. Payment is made online using the methods offered on the Site.

5. Customer rights and obligations

5.1. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information when registering and booking.

5.2. The Customer undertakes not to store prohibited items listed in these Terms.

5.3. The Customer undertakes to collect their property within the paid storage period.

6. BAG-STOP rights and obligations

6.1. BAG-STOP undertakes to provide access to the Site’s booking functionality.

6.2. BAG-STOP undertakes to transfer booking information to the Partner.

6.3. BAG-STOP is not liable for the safety of property stored by Partners, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Liability

7.1. The Partner bears full liability to the Customer for storage services.

7.2. BAG-STOP is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including failures of communication networks, payment providers, or force majeure.

8. Unclaimed property

8.1. After the paid storage period ends, the Customer must collect the property immediately.

8.2. If the Customer fails to collect the property, the Partner may, after written notice to the Customer, sell the property in accordance with Article 899 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

9. Personal data

9.1. By using the Site, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited items

10.1. Customers may not store:

  • dirty items or items containing toxic substances;
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives, or explosive substances;
  • flammable liquids or gases;
  • pesticides or other toxic chemicals, gasoline, paints, compressed gas, kerosene, cleaning products;
  • fireworks, radioactive materials;
  • animals, plants;
  • narcotic substances or drugs;
  • food or perishable goods (unless frozen products are kept in a freezer), anything damp, moldy, rotten, infested or parasite-damaged, or any item with a strong odor;
  • cash, valuables, and securities;
  • illegal goods, waste;
  • any other property prohibited or restricted from circulation and storage under the laws of the Russian Federation.

11. Intellectual property

11.1. All Site content, including design, text, graphics, and software, belongs to BAG-STOP or is used under license.

12. Dispute resolution

12.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

13. Final provisions

13.1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable civil law, including consumer protection law.

13.2. The Customer consents to receiving informational messages, including advertising, by email and/or mobile phone. The Customer may opt out of advertising and other information without giving reasons by sending a corresponding request.
